Rachel uses candy bars to teach a lesson about comparison. Be careful to not fall into the trap of comparing yourself with someone who has been on the journey longer than you. Everyone starts at zero. We are not on the same level in our progress. Don’t expect the results and performance from yourself that you would get from someone who has spent many hours practicing. However, you can become better with lots of hard work and effort. We believe in you!
